Refund policy

At L.A Party and Events Hire, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation Requests

All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Refund Eligibility

• A refund of 50% is applicable if cancelled more than 48 hours before the event hire date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event hire date have no refund available and a 100% cancellation fee applies.
